Delivery time

For each watch the delivery time for that particular watch is shown in the description of the watch.

Warranty

On all watches there is a 2-year warranty.

Within this period repair or replacement of parts or movement will be performed without charge except in the case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care (e.g. water-resistance). The guarantee does not cover the watch bracelet, leather strap, glass or any battery.

We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibility under this guarantee for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by others than pilotur.dk authorized service facilities.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an order and return a watch within a period of 14 days from receiving of the watch.

Regretfully, pilotur.dk is unable to accept returns for goods that have been worn (Except, of course, in the unlikely event of a fault). It is the customer's duty to pay for the cost of returning goods. Pilotur.dk will reimburse the price of the watch excluding a fee of DKK 75 for administration.
